Re: My 360 bit the dust ALREADY
Anybody else hear the good news? XBOX is now honoring a full year warranty on the 360 and it is retroactive. If anyone paid to have their's fixed, MS will refund them. I know I was happy about this...

This is funny because when i initially called customer support and told them my xbox went on the blink when i did a restart after the update, the clown on the phone said there was no way that the update was responsible for the problem... I called them back a few nights ago, gave them a piece of my mind and they are sending out some box that i have to ship the 360 back to them in. Total repair time is supposed to be 2-3 weeks. |

Re: My 360 bit the dust ALREADY
Yes, current repair time is about 2 weeks. It takes forever to get "the box" from M$ though and so it will take about 3 weeks from start to finish. I have had one replaced back in December of 2005 and mine has been working well so far with no issues (knocking on wood).

All I want to say is, you guys better pray that they don't get a version of Tecmo Bowl on XBOX Live, because if they do, I'm coming after all of you. I'm making a list and taking you down one by one like Beatrix Kiddo.....
