I think Reese is solid. He's made some poor decisions, but who hasn't over the course of 21 years?

It has to be done this way. If the players cannot see they are hurting the team with their performance and the coaches are attached, the team will suffer. Also a strict GM doesn't let young home grown talent walk out of the door.
