I'll start with a question:
I distinctly remember a place, like a pharmacy in Mexico (or one of the ports I visited) but I don't remember where. The place had a massive bottle full of Vicodin for $20. I will be visiting Cozumel / Georgetown, Grand Cayman / Montego Bay Jamaica / and Labadee (I doubt Labadee would have it, it's a private island owned by Royal Caribbean.) Does anyone know where this place is, or if there is a place like that in those above mentioned areas?

ps- before you say you can't bring it aboard the ship...I actually can because I have a prescription for Vicodin due to a bad back.
