What was up with the Bill Belichick shove?

Maybe something should be made of it. Why is it ok to shove someone? I think if it was me and I was just doing my job, I would have turned around and tried to trip him on the way back.
What makes Belichick and the Patriots so damn special that they can do whatever they want with no repercussions?

If someone shoved me out of the way like that they better have a damn good reason, and it better not be because they were trying to hug their ex-ball boy
