If 4 billion people die today would you weep? Why?

Doomsday clock? Sounds cool. Can I get a doomsday wrist-watch? Maybe it could have an alarm to let me know when the world has ended. I'd sure hate to miss that.

I am really quite shocked that only 46% said yes to this survey. I guess there are a lot of positive people in the world. (or blind)

Seems like every generation thinks they'll be the last...

You could look back at nearly every point in history and I bet everybody during those times thought they would see the end of the world.

yup, that is definitely true. I guess it makes people feel special.

That said I think people are getting too smart for their own good and things like global warming, nuclear power, biological weapons, and even AI (like the movies) could be a problem in the future.
