Agreed, the only way this makes sense (not saying it's not true) is if somehow Jason and the Cowboy players are aware that he is an interim HC. Even that is pretty crazy considering how early it is in the off-season.
I think Norv Turner is the best candidate at this time. The defense is fine but the offense needs solid direction. Turner would be able to work with a decent QB that may prove to be a legitimate Pro-Bowler one day. I don't think Norv would take the OC job. It's HC or nothing for him IMO.
