Well he has a burlesque dancing daughter named Tracy Phillips. He is the son of former NFL coach "Bum Phillips" who was the head coach for the Oilers (1975-1980) and then the head coach of the Saints (1981-1985).

Phillips had ben the head coach of 4 NFL teams, Saints, Broncos, Bills, Falcons(intreim). Phillips had taken the Broncos and the Bills to the playoffs, once with the Broncos and twice with the Bills. Phillips was the Bills headcoach when the Titans hit the Bills in the face with what we know as the "Music City Miracle."

Over all Phillips is considered to be one of the great defensive minds in the NFL today. His winning percentage is 56.25%. He was 16-16 in Denver and 29-19 in Buffalo.

Oh and now he is soon to be the new HC of the cowboys...

mucho gracias mi amigo. I didn't know Bum Phillips was his dad. If history repeats itself, then we can expect to see the Cowboys in the playoffs but not deep, he's 0-3 in the playoffs so far. Either way i hope he doesn't succeed with the Cowboys and sends them into a deep hole that they'll never recover from lol.
