I don't think that is true. You have never had a boss or another employee or a friend of a friend that you just could not stand to be around? Sometime people clash and if your the owner you do not have to put up with it. I think now is a great time for them to make the change instead of giving it one more year. They hire a new coach and he can bring his D & O coaches which they have to replace anyways. I think it all comes down to Schottenheimer's record in the playoffs and that he and the owner do not get along.
