Bills wont tag him. They are cheap and a CB tag is the second highest tag. It is over 10 million I think. No way they're shelling out dough like that. Hell the guy is considering selling the team

Yeah they can't afford to commit to a guy like that when they have so many other needs. Plus like you said it's Buffalo, they're not known for dealing out big contracts.
