Has anyone even determined whether that Briggs was a beneficiary of his scheme or surrounding. Maybe the fact that there were other Pro Bowlers on the Bears D was the reason he was playing at that Pro Bowl level? Who knows, but it seems that the Skins FO has trouble assessing value to prospective free agents and Briggs situation doesn't seem to be any different.
