He's a prick. My brother is friends with a couple of guys that went to Tennessee that knew him. Apparently he was a total asshole to everyone, and is a stereotypical rich boy snob/brat.

He's been known to knock his o-line in the past (a serious no-no), and has just shown an "I'm better than everyone attitude".

Is he a great QB? Of course, there's no question. That doesn't mean you have to like Peyton Manning the person, because all signs point that he's a douche-bag.
