Another rule change named after a Cowboy?

Just allow Homo to use stickem... or any other sticky subtance he finds on his hands after rubbing the balls...

Can they just not say Homo sucks and can not catch a ball and leave it at that... honestly the ball is lobbed to you and all you have to do is catch it, place it and makes sure laces out and you are good... Anything to helped the useless Cowboys...

Will this rule be ignored just like the roy "horsecollar" rule which was very rarely called unless it was Sean Taylor doing it.. I mean Roy still had a handful of them last year.
