Matty is this a replacement of one of the mods, or just adding on to the staff?

I know you directed your post at Matty, but I can answer....no one is getting the boot. We thought we needed new blood. It was an easy decision to ask TMC to become a mod and a tough one to not ask so many others (as there are some great and very valued members on this site). End of my little brown-nosing attempt.
