It's past the time. I'm betting that most people are actually cooler than me and are out enjoying the friday night.

After the draft, will this thread be null and void?

Damn, I am wrong...there are some other people on the site on a friday night. How sad is that?
To answer your question...who knows?

1969 Camaro SS Convertible. I had a chance to get one when I was 18 but my father would not be a cosigner for me. He only wanted 7k. I think about that a lot, and some day I will own one.

Re: The talk about anything cuz your up real late and tired of draft talk thread.
I went to my step-brother's wedding tonite and the ceremony was completely hilarious. They got married at an inn in the country. They were standing in a large gazebo that overlooked this beautiful valley and not far down below was a pasture full of cows.
So the minister begins and says, "We are gathered here on this beautiful evening surrounded by God's glorious creation." MOOOOOO... "Let us take in the wonder of His creation and listen to what He is speaking to us through it." MOOOOOO... The bride fell out laughing as well as the guests. The cows mooed through the whole ceremony. After the "I now pronounce you man and wife" instead of playing a triumphant processional song, they played the Jefferson's theme. "Well we're moving on up!" It was great. Most fun I've had at a wedding in a long time. |

Re: The talk about anything cuz your up real late and tired of draft talk thread.
Yes, I do. I was brought up on the drag strips and drove my biological father's and uncle's Mopar cars as a teen. While I still love true American muscle, it is only practical in Drags for two reasons, gas prices and manueverability. To me the newer so called muscle cars are crap, with the exception of the Pontiac GTO (still handles like crap though). With imports there is just as much emphasis on handling as there is on power. Since not all roads are straight they are good for not only good for racing, but practical for every day driving as well. Do not get me wrong, there is no way in hell that I believe that I can beat a properly tuned Muscle in a drag! But I sure as hell can take out those snobby, narrow minded, guys who drive that their stock or slightly upgraded Mustangs, Camarro's, Vett's, Charger's, or whatever. There is nothing funnier than watching a turbocharged, rice burnin, 4 banger ruffle the feathers of poorly tuned, non handling, overweight, overpriced, new aged muscle piece of crap.

Alright angryssg, I'll be here for another 30 minutes, then I'm going to a friends house to partake in an ancient ritual involving a peace pipe. haha. Then I'll be back around midnight to 1:00am mountain time...look forward to interesting conversations later.
