I wouldn't go that far. I have a Masters, and the world isn't mine...but it certainly helps in certain cases. Also, I make more money now than I ever have.

While what you say might be your truth. I am not bagging on you but look where you live. Unless you know somebody a degree don't mean shit. Over here on the east coast it is a big difference. I am working on my degree right now and making only 40k in my profession (I have 9 years of experience and a security clearance). My Uncle and Stepfather are in the same field with degrees, and making 6 figures a piece. So in most circumstances you can have the world by its balls with a degree.

I will agree with that in certain cases. I know that I struggled with 20-30k a year jobs before I got the degree, but now I make around 70k a year. For out here where my mortgage is only $540 a month, that's a lot of money. Some of that has to do with my maturity of the years too. I've learned a lot from observations, and making mistakes.

What F***ing horse race? I thought that it wasn't going to be for a while. It wasn't your night out with the 12th was it?

Why are people so pissed off about getting rained on and wet? It is not that bad, especially in the spring. OK, so you were cold. Do you have hypothermia? No, then take a chill pill! I bet that you would not have been bitching if it were a Skins game. Many people go through their lives without any cool experiences. All they do is work trying to accomplish their goals that they never reach. You are lucky. There are not many people who can say that they have been to a horse race, got rained on and froze, and went home pissed off. But you can, so enjoy the experience and stop bitching! BTW if you need a warm body to curl up and get warm to, I hear the 12th is free.

whats funny though is you have classes so early. I don't have classes for another 7 hours. Senior year must be fun though.

^^^^ funny thing is it was high school girls that got me in trouble too. See we were playing some pong and these stupid high school senior girls, who have never touched alcohol(i like to educate them), were visiting the university. They straight up walked out of the room giggling and falling over themselves (i swear they had like 3 drinks) and left the door open. The RAs on duty knew something was up because of their dumbasses and ran over to the door. They came around and just looked into the room to see someone drain a shot against me and explode in happiness. I

Luckily the high school girls were well on their way down the hall and the RAs didn't question them but wrote everyone in the room up except those that hid in the closet. Might have been worse if they knew 17 year olds were in the room. Whatever, i don't really care.

Ironically, because i am writing this damn thing on alcohol abuse, i am trying ritalin for the first time just to see how it exactly works and see if it would help me focus if i ever have a lot of work. It kinda works pretty damn well. I'm done now but i'm not going to be able to sleep.

Re: The talk about anything cuz your up real late and tired of draft talk thread.

QUESTION: I have not been a big college football fan for long enough to answer this so... Can anyone think of someone who was really good in college and was going to have a great career in the pros but got injured and either ended his career or had a bad nfl career due to it?

thanks.
