Well, I have been working 50 hour weeks for the last 2 weeks. we were undermanned. I will be back to the normal 40 next week. Which is great because I can hear the Gym calling out my love handles.

So imagine adding another 25 hours to that 50 hour work week and that was what I did for 2 years.

Those are the kind of hours I worked in the Army.

I just started getting rid of my love handles again, but I stopped going to the gym because of of the longer days. I don't want them back. Even though my wife comes to grips with mine every day.

I don't blame you for not wanting them back...it's easier to prevent them from coming back than having to bust ass to get rid of them.

Yes, thse hours suck ass, leaving you with just enough time to polish off a six pack, get a couple hours of sleep and wake up to do it all over again.

Actually I can gain and lose weight pretty much at will. But it does take a little longer to lose it, and its easier just to keep it off.
