I like vehicles with low maintanence. He even has a intercooler timer on it and can't shut the car off for like 30 seconds after he turns the key off.

Mine is set at 3 1/2 minuites. I can override it if I haven't been driving it hard. But, you have got to be carefull with that.

Damn...3 1/2 minutes is a long time. Why so long? He always had his around 30-45 seconds.

You need to let it cool gradually so that you don't crack the block. You live in NM, so it doesnt have to cool down so long. In the winter here I have to let it gradually cool down longer. If I cut it off too soon then I will have problems. To be honest, I think that is what may have caused my turbo leak.
