I does help, but not nearly as good as a couple vicodin and some booz. I get into a great mood and feel 100% pain free. Considering I live with constant back pain on a daily basis, it's great to get that relief.

I used to have alot of back pain when I drank heavy and often. I think it was from staying in bed too long sleeping off hangovers. Since I've cut back on my drinking my back problems are almost non existent.
