Let's say he is like Hester. Even then, why not take a chance for a QB that will lead your team to SBs? A returner alone cannot do that. I mean he could be a decent receiver too, but 9th pick? There were a million other good defensive players out there they should have gotten.

Not to mention they too are aging on defense much like the Redskins.
