I disagree daseal, if he missed a meeting at his age when he has so much to learn, then he should be on the bench, it's the only way he will learn to be a real pro. rewarding him for disrespecting team rules, not only will encourage more, but will also send the wrong message to the rest of the team, gibb's know's better!
