I havent tried them although i feel as if, if i were to quit for 6 months the urge to light up would be nearly gone, maybe ill pay a visit to the doc.

BEWARE...everybody hits a wall sometime. Mine came at about 3 months, and the first time I started again. The second time I made it. That was 8 years ago.
