BdBohnzie, my mom and sister both tried using pills like that, my sister quit for like 6 months with them and then went back to it, my mom the same deal. I havent tried them although i feel as if, if i were to quit for 6 months the urge to light up would be nearly gone, maybe ill pay a visit to the doc.

Supposedly Chantix is a breakthrough when it comes to this kind of therapy. Good luck.
