I remember when he was at Florida thinking that this kid was a monster and he has proved it pretty well in the league. The Bears are real deep at DE with Ogunleye, Anderson, and drafting Bazuin this year in the 2nd round so maybe we wouldn't have to give up alot to get him. He is still young and would create some much needed pass rush with him and Carter coming off the ends. What are your thoughts?
I'd be open to this move, though I don't think the Bears would be. There are indications that they're denying his trade request:

DAILY SOUTHTOWN :: Sports :: Bears' Alex Brown exploring trade options

Who knows, maybe they'll reconsider if offered the right deal. I just wonder how much the Redskins really want to deal with the Bears after going through the Lance Briggs thing.

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

From what they said on the NFL Network is that he could seek a trade and it sounded like the bears would if the right deal came along would trade him. I would say that almost every player if the right deal was made could be traded and this sounds like they said OK if you could find the right deal for us we would be willing to talk.
