Vick will pay a hefty fine at worst. It is dog fighting for god's sake. The NFL or the powers that be will not let the Falcons #1 draw and money producer to go behind bars for fighting dogs in his basement. Too much potential lost revenue if Vick is not on the field. Only folks that should really be pissed are PETA and some other animal rights folks. CP was Bsing and playing with the press.

Dog fighting isn't squat? Remember Ray Lewis and that guy that he or a friend capped. Ray either knew who did it or capped the guy himself and got nothing but a slap on the wrist, if that. Sorry guys, I know dog fighting is nasty and illegal, but if the NFL and the US Judicial system let Ray Lewis(then MR. Superbowl) off for murder or obstruction of justice, why do you think it will nail Vick? Money is the bottom line with everything, but then again Vick's star has been falling for the past two seasons, so they might not give a crap and let him get his comuppance. I still say Vick will get probabtion and have to do some stuff for the Humane Society or PETA, and maybe a stiff fine. I don't see him going down for dog fighting. It all depends if the Falcons, the NFL, and the powers that be decide if Vick going to jail is going to hurt their bottom line.

Don't know how all this will play out, damn shame he won't get treated like normal folks. The money part is true, money talks.

I came in on this thread rather late, just caught the PFT, usually CRAP!

I live in the WAVY ZONE and didn't catch that, however if he did make those comments, he's a fool! Typical, CP big mouth.
