If he fields, let's say, a top 15 defense this year, people will chalk up last year as an anomaly. If he fields a top 10 defense, I think he's back in the hunt for not only the Skins head job, but I would think he would be a leading candidate with other teams filling vacancies as well. Grimm goes nowhere for at least two or three years.
