Coaching Reveals Talent

I never liked Pierce but he has really started to show me something. I do think he will eventually start for us but I also believe that when Barrow is healthy he will be right back in the starting line up. Similar to the Brunell/Ramsey situation if Brunell was to go down as soon as the veteran leader is back they will play, but I could see both Ramsey and Pierce doing some damage in the future. Bowen is another player I did not like. I still think he will get burned but he does work good with Williams' packages.

Bowen is the kind of player Greg Williams likes though. He is certainly not the best in man-to-man coverage, that is why you have to let him either sit back and get a play on the ball, where he can make big hits happen, or blitz, using his superior speed and hitting ability to strike fear into opposing qb's.
