Norv Turner is a coach of the Raiders for two reasons. First Al Davis is an dumb ass. I hate the Raiders as much if not more then the next guy, living here in" Raider Nation "! I deal with the trashy wanna be gangsta Raider fan daily! So it makes me happy ever time they lose. Just thinking about all the Raider fans out there crying in there beer brings a smile to my face ever time!
But they did give Art Shell a job as there head coach for a few years. And I think he was the first Black Head coach in the league. So I don't know if you can say there racist.
Al Davis might be a total jackass but I don't think he is a racist.
I feel for Norv he should have stayed in Miami!
