My friend, the above statement is not true. I love Phish and the Allman brothers and have seen them multiple times. I also listen to a little GD and SCI. They are NOT the same! How can you say that Dave sounds like the Allman Brothers?! Have you ever even heard the Allman Brothers? Come on man. Dave and Phish sound NOTHING alike!!!!!! I really don't know what you're talking about on this one.

Wow, I really am at a loss for words here. You said before that Dave was an acoustic guy. Allman brothers are an electric blues rock band for the most part, and Phish is electric too. What defines the Allman Brothers is their insane guitar playing, how is that Dave Matthews?! Wow, I just dont know what to say. HAve you heard any of these bands?!?!?
