im glad synder paid him more than he was making before, it gives him a lot of reasons to want to stay in this program and be the assistant coach and help us grow. It would be a huge blow to our guys if he left next year.

Yes tht would be terrible if Williams left......and it would be YET another
defensive coach for Arrington........bet he leaves it that happens........
he will get tired of the revolving door.

I can't but help believe that this whole coaching staff is in it for the entire tenure of Coach Gibbs. I think that coach is smart enough to ensure that, and that continuity will have a profound effect on the team in and of itself. Love or hate the Ravens, but that's one thing that you have to give their organization -- solidity and continuity. Something we havn't had around here in quite some time...
