Stress relief tactics?

Walking/running while listening to music does it for me. Getting out to the country side is something I find relaxing too.

The parents of this girl that I know have a cabin out in Leavenworth, WA. I make it a point to go there at least once a year just to relax. Their is a river 10 feet away from the cabin and a three day weekend there feels like heaven. We swim in the river, then get into the hot tub and just have great conversations. They have this nice telescope there too. During the summer the sky is crystal clean and perfect for star gazing.
