I like SS, but it's this simple:
-You don't play, pay cut -You don't perform, pay cut -You can't stay healthy, pay cut -You lose you phone, grab 50 cents out of you deep pockets and make a call...then take a pay cut. -You have a laid back personality.......pay cut.
