When? It's seems like you are always on. I understand what it's like to be a night owl. I don't really feel "alert" until after 9 pm. I think clearer for some reason.

I'm usually in bed by 3ish, up around 8. That's 5 solid hours

I need at least 7 hours to function, but I usually get 6. I don't think I could keep your schedule.

I make up for it big time on weekends. My whole sleep schedule got out of wack when I worked for a tv news station out of college. My shifts were all over the place
