Now, water is the most basic of human needs, so if healthcare is a "right" and should be "paid for by the government" ("free" to the less economically astute among us) then surely water should be as well. Ditto food, heat, and in certain areas AC (we can't have grandma falling over from heatstroke). Sex is a basic human need or "right". I expect Hillary to do something about that as soon as she is elected. Well, not her personally, but perhaps a voucher for the Bunny Ranch or something.
