Seriously though, are you too good to learn something from a 7 year old? My kids teach me something new almost every day. Age gives you wisdom, not knowledge. There is a fine line between the two.

Dude, what is so hard about swimming. You blow bubbles out of you nose and mouth while simotaneously kicking your feet and stroking your arms. It works both on top and underneath the water.
