I hear ya man...I know I am going to get a lot of lip for this, but I quit my job today.
It's really a long story, but I am seeing a lawyer tomorrow about my boss creating a hostile working environment, and also sexually harrassing me. Also, bait and switch. She told me I'd get benefits after 30 days, and it would be medical dental and vision...well I get benefits after 90 days, and it's only medical. She said that I would get commission starting right away...I won't get it til after 120 days. I was told my working hours would be from 7:30am-4:30pm, then she changed them the day after I accepted my salary to 7:30am-5:30pm. Doesn't sound like much, but that's 5 hours a week more for the same 40 hour salary. That's just the start of the issues...I could go on for days...I seriously had over 25 separate issues with her.
