I used to be able to bench 385 lbs. Now I'd be lucky to put up 100. LOL...I'm sure it's not that bad, I'm still pretty strong, but it's true when they say muscles turns to fat if you don't keep up with them.
Most people tell me there is no way I am 260...they guess around 230 or so at worst...so I guess I carry it well.

I'm not into astrology, but I do think the characteristics of a person's sun sign are accurate. This site is pretty good for explaining them. The Scorpio one pretty much fits me to a tee.

well, some of it is right on the money:

I am extremely calm under the worst of pressures. I do not feel that getting upset or out of control is the answer in any scenario. I have dealt with about anything under the sun including death (I was an EMT).
I no longer put work above family, but I used to. I decided that was a trait I didn't like.
I am very impatient though...and supposedly capricorns are patient.
Also, I am not that serious of a person...I joke a TON, and try to be as positive as possible so others around me have a good time. I smile CONSTANTLY which is why I get along with so many people. I have a pleasant demeanor.
