Noooo, that wasn't directed at you at all. I was just referring to me...I carried a lot of muscles with me which made it impossible for me to break that 5 minute mile...that's my only point.
Think about that for a second...I was 210-215 and 5'10"...so I was 1 inch shorter than you but a good 30 pounds more...trust me when i say it's tougher to carry that extra muscle when you're running a mile. I was a big guy.

Well, I hit puberty at a young age...seriously been shaving since I was 12...very annoying! So I developed and became thick very quickly.
