I bet he wont. But they tried to get me with Aggravated Battery which in GA can get up to 20 years.

when you commit one of the "seven deadly crimes" in GA no matter how old you are you are yried as an adult, and their lawyer tried to get me for Aggrravated Battery but the charge ended up being 1st degree assault, but the case was dropped

I was in there a month waiting, and the charges were dropped because I had 4 witnesses saying he started hit and provoked me first and that he spit on me, so they dropped the charges, plus he was 3 years older than me.
