I think he'll be looking for a team where he has a chance to start next year, that's why I think somewhere like Jacksonville makes the most sense. Unless Leftwich blows up Culpepper would have an excellent chance of taking over that team next year.

Culpepper would be 3rd though. Jacksonville does like Garard.
