NOt more than is unacceptable in my honest opinion. I mean, i only surf around when i have nothing to do or i am waiting on something. The other intern here goes home 2.5 hours early 2-3 times a week. Its none of my business and if that is what he wants to do, it makes no difference to me. I say that only to convey i could really slack off but i choose not to. They pay me and have helped me out twice when i needed an internship.

I was really hungry yesterday. I didn't get home till 6:30. Usually i can handle not eating till diner if i have to but yesterday i was starving.

I really don't care...I just mention it cause a lot of companies keep track of your time on the internet, and record the sites you visit. Hopefully they don't do that.

yeah, i know you weren't testing me to see if i am at work. I was just saying, however now that ou mention it... maybe i should check the employee handbook to see if they keep track of my time. Even if they do, whatever.

But your other quesiton, no i'm only there for 9 weeks and this is week 7 so i'll be out of here real soon. However, after i graduate i might have a chance to come back here. I mean, i worked an unpaid internship here for 9 months during my senior year of high school and they took me back this year as a paid intern. I don't see why they wouldn't pick me up after college if they have an opening. They work with many local companies so maybe a recommendation from them would look good if they have worked with the other company. Hopefully i'll have a few jobs lined up after college and won't HAVE to come back here. But rather have it as an option if they offer it to me.

That's not funny it's a tragedy. I feel bad for any child that has divorced parents. I know that sometimes I can come off as a mean heartless SOB, but I have a soft spot for kids who come from broken homes. I do not care if they are rich or not; it still sucks. I know that there is nothing that I can do about it, but I hope that both parents can still have a close relationship with the kid without making the child pick sides. To make matters worse you have to share a birthday with the woman who is trying to replace your mommy.
