Haha, yeah I suppose with a name like Babesiosis, I could see where you might think that.

Not really. I do have some residual effects, like my breathing capacity for example is not where it should be and it never will be but it's not terrible

Wow...so did it cause lung damage then?

I'm actually surprised you don't have any brain damage after having such a high fever for so long. They say anything over 103 can start to cause damage.
