so he did settle out of court? how do you settle on a std? most these settlements out of court happen just to keep your name out of the spotlight....doesn't always mean your guilty.........then again maybe i'm wrong, maybe thats why hes always using chapstick......

just finished reading that.....sounds like he did it.....but at the same time i wouldn't be suprised if he didn't. i mean she met him in a nightclub in va in may 2001 but didn't have sex with him till late 2002?!?
let me ask you this....if she started having sex with him right away and contracted the std, and still went ahead and had sex with him until late 2002 when their relationship ended, would she be at fault as well.......and where are the medical documents under the name "ron mexico"? it just sounds like a hard thing to pin on somebody you know?

Well, it apparently wasn't that hard, cause he settled. He made the wise choice. If it went to court he could have been in some serious crap.
