Carter played well down the stretch, Montgomery is coming around, and griffin is solid. Throw in the new LB system, and the new secondary, and our D LINE will look a whole lot better. I agree we should have addressed the issues, but we didn't, so we need to make what we have work. The secondary is strong now and that was more of an issue than anything last year. We'll have pressure from the LB's too.

Re: Pre-training camp power rankings from Peter King
Why do people think they're smarter than coaches?? We as fans dont know what is going on at practice. For all we know Phillip Daniels could be looking like he's in the best shape of his life right now. I trust the coaches they say we dont need major additions to the Dline I believe them. They're the ones watching all the game footage, they're the ones that actually knew who was out of place. All we have to rely on is the pathetic camera angles of Fox5 and maybe a instant replay. The skins defense never relied on a dominant DE or DT. If u check the stats our great players were at LB or CB or S and guess what now we have the right personnel to play skinsD. (I guess we could always bring back Charles Mann and Dexter Manley)
