Unlike Gardner, McCants uses his size and speed to separate jump and catch above his defender. There is no comparison at all.

Gardner has a had good games, in fact he had a great season under Marty. McCants had a decent season last year, and the year before he fumbled almost every time he caught a pass. In my opinion McCants hasn't proven anything more than Gardner.
