Bonds Hits 755th HR; A-Rod 500th; Zimmerman 37th

A-Rod is at #499 and he just turned 32 on Friday. He's the youngest EVER to 500 by over a year. We'll be watching him pass and then demolish Bonds' "record" in a few years. Like the Yankees or not, he's the real deal and is clean.

That day will be a huge celebration everywhere outside of Boston, mainly because Bonds will no longer be able to be called the Home Run King.

I hope Bonds has a career-ending injury one HR short of Aaron, steroid-induced of course. I never wish injury on anyone, but Bonds does not deserve to have his name ahead of Aaron's in the record books. It's bad enough he passed Babe Ruth.
