NFL Network reported that Quinn did not look very good in the OTA's and minincamps. They said that Derek Anderson was the best QB out of the three. So chances are Quinn isn't even going to start, even if he gets to camp on time. Since he was picked so late in the 1st round he has no leverage. Get your ass in camp or shut up.
