Lemar Marshall released for Randall Godfrey??

I too was shocked at first...then I started to think about all the plays made by our young LB's this preseason. I think Godfrey is going to be the current band- aid that will eventually, in the near future, allow our draft picks like Blades and Starz to work into the lineup.

The skins are always getting bashed about wasting draft picks as they have...but maybe they finally did the thing right and this is just the next step in changing the whole ship around.

Marshall was a stand up guy! But let us get real he is a back-up. When he played he is one sided. Not good against the run! As a starter the defense as a whole was not good!

He will catch on somewhere and I wish him well...as long as he does not end up in the NFC East!
