Why won't anybody address my point on Whitticker? Does he not count as foresight on the part of the coaching staff? He was mauling in camp, per JLC's blog. He WAS the answer.

But I guess we should expect the team to go three deep with studs at every position.

Teams have guys go down all the time, championship teams have guys ready to step in (not studs but solid backups) the skins however always seems to need to scramble when someone gets hurt.

As corny as it sounds, yes, they should have been able to look into a crystal ball, or tarot cards, or whatever, and run scenarios about what would happen if certain players at various positions got hurt. It appears they never figured WW would get hurt and the team would be stuck short at the position. They have had since Jan to do this but again they are not prepared.

I guess my point is the Skins continue to give away draft picks for old players at positions they should have already drafetd and been developing players for.
