That is a move that might come back and bite you guys right in the ass. Starting this Sunday.

ps. BTW... Your own players are starting to question the move casue Trent did not have his best preseason. Not good.
Green knows this offense like the back of his hand. Culpepper has no clue about this offense... so how is Pepper going to mentor Beck? I love Pep, one of my favorite players. He went to my college, UCF! However, what makes Pep awesome is his physical abilities. Mobility and a cannon. He isnt great at reading coverages.

Green is a 1 year player for us... if that. Beck may be brought in halfway through this season. The new staff didnt like Pep, post injury, and wanted to go in a different direction. And with Cameron's and Mueller's history with QBs... I am definatly willing to take their word on it...

Re: Redskins vs. Dolphins predictions

LOL...man you redskins fans never change.

Do you really think you're going to win this game that easily? Some of you are realists...but the majority of you are homer sheep skins. You will NOT score any more than 2 TD's on our D. You will have to rely on FG's.

Here is why: Our DEF has only gotten BETTER. They actually have something to play for this year with a new coach and a huge sense of confidence on the offensive side of the ball - that has lacked since we had Ricky. We added Joey Porter to Zach Thomas (perennial pro bowler) and Crowder (100+ tackles in his 2nd year) which equals the top3 LB groups in the league. How about the defensive player of the year on the line? (Jason Taylor) ....A young, mean/nasty Matt Roth beside him who is finally starting and is better than the aging Kevin Carter was who has had an amazing preseason...Vonnie Holiday who will have his best year of his career this year...Tractor Keith Traylor who will not allow your RB's to get any more than 60 yards a piece - who is old but Paul Soliai will replace him very nicely when he is winded. Ok so basically your running game and suspect new O-Line will not rush on us...you think our secondary is where you'll win the game eh? Negative. There will be so much pressure on Campbell he will throw 2 INT's guarenteed. That or he will throw 1 and get sacked for a fumble, you pick...both likely. The fact of the matter is it will BE a low scoring game. Did I mention we have arguably the best defensive coordinator in the league? Santana Moss is your ONLY hope...he wont have time to get open though.

So about our offense...well your defense was..wait what last year? You talk as if it is top10 in the league which is such a joke. Your secondary is good, but Landry is no godsend, he will get smoked his first year in the NFL...you seriously think he can handle our WR's?? Chambers/Booker/Ginn Jr./Hagan...no chance. Talk shit about Chambers all you want - look him up...I think you'll find he exceeds Moss in every category. Now I know the popular belief is that our O-Line will be our downfall...not likely considering your D-Line blows. Your LB's are nothing special (you love to talk them up though dontcha?) I remember your rushing DEF last year...werent you 2nd behind Indy?? LOL...
We have a mastermind on the offensive side of the ball who will CONTROL THE CLOCK, who will keep OUR DEF FRESH...which means even if it IS a low scoring game you will LOSE. You have no chance against our phins this year, period. Talk about Trent Green all you want too...has any of your QB's in recent history put up 4 seasons of 4000+ yards and 20+ TD's?? Herm Edwards is a piece of crap and ruined their offense before Trent got hurt...Trent is back home with his offense and where he belongs...he will hurt you on sunday.

Cant wait to watch us come out with a bang to the season...were going to have a winning record going into the BYE...6-2. You honestly think you're going to be one of the losses?? LMAO...please. The Pats and Dallas might give us losses in the easy half of our schedule but not the push over sheepskins. Where did you draft this year? #6?? And we are an UPSET if we win??? LOL

Some things never change. Remember 72/73?

I am open to intellectual debate now...but that is in response to the redskins posts on finheaven.com we have had enough of your nonsense.

Chris Chambers: worst receiver in the NFL last season. Caught an impressive 39% of the passes thrown at him.

Now, the Skins struggled mightily against No. 2 receivers last year, but that was against the entire league. They will be better this year. Not really worried about a 100 yard game from Marty Booker.

I will say that Chambers misses more passes than he should, but you should know that stats alone don't tell the full story. He was deep many times last year and Harrington overthrew him constantly. You don't go from making the Pro Bowl to the "worst" without good reason.

I am open to intellectual debate now...but that is in response to the redskins posts on finheaven.com we have had enough of your nonsense.
First of all you know fans are stupid in general, so don't generalize about an entire fan base. You are a hypocrite for claiming to be this intellectual fan, etc, but if you are rational and have some common sense you would know people are dumb in general and they dont know what they are saying. So first fix that up with your attitude.

Now I will proceed to show how your argument is flawed in several ways.
First of all simply playing for a new coach and that new feeling of hope is not going to translate into a win. A new coach brings in a new system that will take longer to pick up and execute. The first game the Fins are going to be a bit rusty because they are still figuring out exactly what to do.

I personally feel the whole new coach motivate thing is overrated. Skins for example have changed many coaches and one from college too. Yeah it was great hype and it felt good but that doesnt mean it helped us win. You have to hope the fit works well with your players, and in the end talent is important. The coach then takes the talent and works with it to maximize potential.

Ok next point, you say that we have a bad oline? Have you actually been paying attention to anything that is occurring with your oline. How Cam has been changing it up almost weekly? I think Trent and your oline has some serious serious questions. Yeah our's isn't perfect, but you are forgetting that within the last 2-3 years Skins have almost the same core olinemen that have put us in the top 10 olines(ask any sportswriter). Oline isnt as big of an issue as you make it seem for us.

You claim your coach is a mastermind, but he is completely unproven in the NFL. Remember we had the good ole head bawl coach who was suppose to be amazing and he did jack shit. That is a big if and you cannot say he is a mastermind. And speaking of mastermind coaches, Gibbs is a hall of fame coach, and regardless of what you think about him currently anyone can agree he is an expert at TOP games. He burns the clock like crazy, and if it comes down to that kinda game I think we have the edge.

WRs: We easily win this match. Chambers most overrated WR currently. He has terrible production, I hope he has a good year, but recently nothing. Booker and Ginn jR vs. Randle-El and Lloyd? Are you serious. Also Santana Moss is leagues better than Chambers and we have a huge TE threat in Cooley, arguably one of the top 5 TE's based on production.

Breakdown:
Dline: Edge MIA
LBs: Edge MIA(even this is close in my opinion, but whatever)
Safties:Edge WAS
Corners: Edge MIA(I will give it to you anyways)
Oline: Edge WAS
TEs:Edge WAS
RBs:Edge WAS
QB: Edge MIA(you will get the vet adv)
Coach: Edge WAS
Home field: Edge WAS

Seriously man, what are you thinking. I dont think its gonna be a blowout, I think it will be very close. I think we have the edge in coaching and home field and in the end that will matter. You guys just have too many if's.

Good post...

I dont agree with everything in it... but it is a good post none the less...

You are right... it IS going to be a close game. I think these teams match up very well. Both offenses are going to struggle.

I think pounding you guys up the gut with Ronnie is going to be our best bet. Landry and Taylor are very good in run support, but if we are making it to the second level for them to get their hands on Ronnie, thats a good thing. Our defense is going to get to Campbell consistantly, harrassing him and never letting him get comfortable.

For you, its all going to be on your oline. We are going to be bringing rediculous amounts of pressure on Campbell. He is going to be forced to make very quick decisions. You are going to have to utilize your WRs on short quick passes. I dont see you having the time to let lots of deep routes to develop. Running is also going to be hard... which again comes down to your oline...

I think you guys have the slight edge because of homefield. So I think we are going to need to create a couple of turnovers to sway the game...

Yeah I mean obviously I am a Redskins fan, and you are a Dolphins fan so we see different positives within our teams. It's cool if you think you are going to win, but the last poster than I am responding to is who I am more aggravated about.

He has some decent points, but beyond that he is being a total dick.

I'm not suprised... the Skin trolls we've had on FinHeaven have been really annoying...

I think he made that post to be exactly like the mindset of the trolls that are on FinHeaven... kinda like payback or something. I dont think his normal posts are going to be like that... but I could be wrong? lol

So back to football hooskins...

Do you feel your offensive line will be able to protect Campbell from our pass rush well enough to generate a consistant offense?

Good question, I think that is probably our major concerns, along with the offense just clicking but I guess that goes hand in hand with our ability to stop your pass rush.

Personally I think we have some excellent blocking TE's and Backs(Sellers, Portis, etc) who could be able to pick up the olines slack. Just like I would imagine you guys on offense, we will be doing some quick passes, screens, etc to protect Jason.

I think a bigger thing for us is to establish the run. If we get that going then I am confident we can win, but that is going to hard agaisnt your run D.

Just cause he knows the offense doesn't mean he can execute it. KC runs the same offense or a similar version and they stunk on offense w/ Green.
