Anyone know the recovery period for a torn triceps muscle?

Most time it ends a season. We're done. This is bad. So damn bad. We HAVE to hold them to a field goal. Come on and get here halftime.

I bet Heyer or Pucillo will be able to pick it up. They're no Randy Thomas, but I don't think it is a catastrophic loss (e.g., losing JC).
